ziad is a semi-god

that take pictures of him

and they talk about him
- "it is the fifth time i see him live."

and they drink to him

and they take pictures with him

and they pay t see him

and when he plays, they don't listen.

Your humour is quite reassuring, Mazen!
Whereas I cannot listen to the latest Ziad's music (I am so far away from Beirut) I have been lately enjoying reading him on the web...

Ahhh the infamous Lebanese audience... fortunately this couldn't happen at your gigs, maybe some regular 45 minutes sound torture at your concerts would at least teach them to be silent in listening and enjoy some quality jazz from time to time.

(Sixtine c'est cool;-) bisoux.)

hello everybody,
just a note to answer sixtine and all the other persons worrying for laure's blog:
there is actually a sort of transfer of all the blogger account to a newer version of blogger. laure switched to the new one, but her blog didn't follow yet. and in the same time it is not accessible normally on the old version. in short, laure's blog is navigating somewhere between the 2 blogger versions.
thank you blogger team. thank you google. you're fucking ruling the world, try at least to rule it right. fucking big brother.
i am sending an email o see what's happening, and please keep trying, laure will be back soon, on blogger or elswhere. i'll announce it here when it'll be on.

Hy Maz,
Laure's blog works fine for me, I checked it every 2 days and it was always online. Apparently the "comments" is not accessible though.

Hey Udo! Best to you too and see you soon hopefully.
